Republic of Korea (Korean: Daehan Minguk (Hangul: 대한민국; Hanja: 大韩民国); language English: Republic of Korea / ROK) commonly known as South Korea, is a state in East Asia which includes the southern part of the Korean Peninsula. In the north, the Republic of Korea borders North Korea, where they come together as a nation until 1948. Yellow Sea to the west, Japan is across the Sea of Japan (called the “East Sea” by the people of Korea) and the Korea Strait in the southeast. The country is known as Hanguk (한국; 韩国). By residents of South Korea and called Namchosŏn (남조선; 南朝鲜; “South Choson“) in North Korea. The capital of South Korea is Seoul (서울).
Archaeological discoveries show that the Korean Peninsula has been inhabited since the Early Paleolithic Period. Korean history begins from the formation of Gojoseon in 2333 BC. by Dan–gun. After the unification of the Three Kingdoms of Korea under Silla 668 AD, Korea became one under the Goryeo Dynasty and Joseon Dynasty to the end of the Han Empire Kingdom in 1910 because it was annexed by Japan. After liberalization and occupation by the Soviet Union and the United States at the end of World War II, Korea Regional eventually split into North Korea and South Korea.
1. Jeju Island
Jeju Island is located in the southern peninsula of South Korea, while South Korea’s largest island. The beauty of Jeju Island was remarkable. There are many beautiful beaches, cool mountain region and a stretch of beautiful flowers. One of the specialties of the Jeju Island is a very beautiful view of the cliffs.

2. N Seoul Tower
If talking about the South, it is not separated from the N Seoul Tower. Yes, it is so named. The tower has a height 237 meters is located on Mount Namsan. The tower was never quiet visit local or foreign tourists.
From the tower, you can see a beautiful view of the city of Seoul and pretty. If you bring a spouse, this tower is a great place to visit. At the top of the tower, there is a place called Love Lock. 3. Gyeongbokgung Palace
Want to know the history and culture of South Korea? Come to Gyeongbokgung Palace. This palace was built in 1394 and had even destroyed and renovated several times. Gyeongbok Palace is located in the north of Seoul.
The palace is quite extensive, as it is the biggest palace in South Korea. In it you can see the relics, architecture, customs, and many other things about the legacy of the Joseon Dynasty.

4. Lotte World
Lotte World is a place that must be visited with family or friends. This place is the largest indoor amusement park in the world. Lotte World is located close to Jamsil Station, close to the city center.
Lotte World will pamper you with a variety of games and rides. Ranging from ice skating, sampan boat ride around the Lotte World, a mini rollercoaster, and dozens of other exciting rides you can find in this place!
